PAAASOP in one sentence

PAAASOP is the published program of what Mexican public buyers plan to procure — an open-data view of intended purchasing, not a ticker of contracts already won or lost. Pipeline of intent, not scoreboard of awards.

What it is

Forward-looking planned procedures as captured in the open-data program files.
Searchable by keyword and estado when those fields exist in the source.
Useful for BD and ops: seeing planned demand early.

What it isn’t
